Job summary

HiSERV is seeking a Manager Government & Airport Relations Spain (m/f/d) based in Madrid, Barcelona, or Palma de Mallorca. You will strengthen HiSERV's network with AENA, government bodies, and key aviation stakeholders.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and represent HiSERV in high-level meetings to support market growth across Spain. Your role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a strong network in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage relationships with airports, government bodies, and industry groups.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with executive presence.
Deep understanding of the Spanish aviation landscape and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with AENA, governmental institutions, and aviation stakeholders.
Engage with labor unions and employee representatives.
Act as strategic advisor and ambassador for HiSERV in Spain.
Identify regulatory and stakeholder risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Represent HiSERV in high-level meetings and negotiations.
Enhance HiSERV’s reputation as a long-term partner for airports and aviation bodies.
Monitor regulatory developments and stakeholder trends affecting operations.
Support market expansion through targeted relationship management and influence.
Collaborate with Country Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Leadership.
