Aviapartner in Spain is seeking a customer-service oriented teammate for executive aviation flights. You will perform administrative/operational tasks and manage the FBO facilities, ensuring smooth check-in, VIP attention, and on-time operations.

The role requires advanced English; a Tourism-related qualification and at least one year of experience with passenger check-in and international clients are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in passenger check-in and boarding tasks.
• Experience in dealing with international clients.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Flight control
• VIP passenger attention
• Flight boarding
• Documentation tasks: counter service, flight and customs documentation, warehouse coordination
• Management of additional services for VIP passengers and crews (hotels, transportation)
• Ground-air and ground-ground transmitter link coordination
• Coordination of tasks on the tarmac and offices
• Liaison with crew and time measurements
• Attach/remove Push-Back adapters
• Battery recharge
• Placement/removal of chocks
• Loading/unloading of containers and warehouse tasks
