Sener in Madrid is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex aerial vehicle and airborne system projects, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams across national and international settings. You will manage performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality while partnering with customers and authorities.

Formación

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes.
• Experience in international collaborative programmes.
• Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Programme and project management of aerial vehicle developments.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage subcontractors.
• Plan and control schedule, budget and risks.
• Interface with customers and report on progress.
• Coordinate technical reviews and milestones.
• Support business development, proposals and project planning.
• Coordinate with certification, airworthiness, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Manage national and international consortium projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical and quality requirements.
• Strong understanding of aircraft development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, Primavera or other project management tools would be an asset.
