GMV Spain is seeking an experienced Agile Space Project Manager to lead ground segment projects with a strong results-oriented mindset. You will balance traditional space milestones with agile delivery, defining objectives, aligning roadmaps, and coordinating stakeholders in a complex environment.

You will drive end-to-end project activity, manage scope, schedule and budget, and negotiate with major industry primes.

Formación

• Experience managing space projects in agile environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear focus on execution, delivery and results.
• Experience balancing traditional space project cycles with agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Define mission objectives and success criteria.
• Align technical roadmaps with customer priorities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and contractual baselines.
• Lead trade-offs between performance, cost, risk and schedule.
• Coordinate incremental mission capability deliveries.
• Manage risks and mitigation strategies across the program lifecycle.
