Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a polished Spa Receptionist to join our Wellness team. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with therapists to ensure a flawless guest journey in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa, wellness center, luxury hotel, or hospitality reception role.
• Experience with reservation/scheduling systems; knowledge of Book4Time and Opera is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; professional appearance.
• Ability to promote spa treatments, services, and retail products to guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage spa check-in/check-out professionally and warmly.
• Handle spa reservations and therapist schedules using Book4Time and Opera, ensuring accurate booking.
• Provide information on spa treatments, wellness services, facilities, and products.
• Promote treatments, memberships, packages, and products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Process guest payments, inquiries, and daily financial close with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment room allocation and flow.
