Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or related commercial functions.
• Direct team leadership experience, including team management and talent development responsibilities.
• Experience leading pricing transformation, process improvement, or business change initiatives.
• Fluency in English plus Italian or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a value-based pricing strategy aligned with regional objectives and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pricing professionals (~10).
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Drive pricing transformation, standardization, and digital pricing tool adoption.
• Build alignment across countries, functions, and stakeholders in a complex matrix.
