Medtronic plc in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an experienced pricing professional to shape pricing strategy across products and services. You will work with cross-functional leaders in Western Europe, Japan, and global OU to drive pricing initiatives and optimize profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pricing and strong financial modelling in an international setting, with fluency in English and preferred European languages.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of pricing experience including pricing strategy, market optimization, product profitability, tender and reimbursements.
• Significant experience in price, sales or downstream/operational marketing, with international pricing exposure or at a major pricing consultancy.
• Knowledge of tender and reimbursement systems in Europe.
• Excellent analytic and strategic skills with strong modelling skills (Excel).
• Autonomy in work and ability to influence within a matrix, intercultural environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop pricing and execute strategy across the product/service portfolio and customer segments.
• Evaluate pricing trends and recommend actions to align with OU objectives.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify pricing levers and opportunities.
• Set pricing goals and monitor compliance and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement value-based pricing programs.
• Review tenders and deals to ensure revenue and profit alignment with OU expectations.
• Drive pricing mindset changes across Global, HQ and country stakeholders.
