BD is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager Interventional Europe to shape pricing strategy across Europe. You will partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations to develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and competitive advantage.

Based in Spain, you will chair regional pricing governance, identify revenue opportunities and translate insights into actions for senior leaders, while mentoring teams and strengthening pricing tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance or a related discipline in healthcare or a related industry.
• Understand pricing governance, contract optimisation, and price performance management.

Aufgaben

• Own the development and implementation of pricing strategies for an assigned product portfolio.
• Lead regional pricing governance, including price corridors, approval processes and pricing exceptions.
• Chair the regional pricing council, providing insights and follow-up on actions.
• Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities and drive actions with key stakeholders.
• Translate pricing, customer, and profitability analysis into clear, actionable pricing recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from identification through implementation.
• Support pricing decisions for high-value contracts and tenders.
• Act as pricing SME for commercial, marketing and finance stakeholders, building pricing capability.
