• Turn defined hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies and talent maps
• Research companies, competitors, adjacent industries, professional networks, and talent pools to build shortlists
• Assess potential candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches
• Draft personalised outreach messages for hiring managers and candidates
• Manage initial outreach, follow-ups, sequencing, and tracking across searches
• Connect interested candidates with hiring managers
• Maintain clear, up-to-date candidate pipeline information
• Identify market patterns and use insights to improve targeting
• Support hiring managers across functions, geographies, and industries
• Use AI and sourcing tools to research markets, identify talent, and personalise outreach

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research, or outbound outreach

• Experience writing personalised cold outreach that generates responses
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
• High attention to detail
• Comfort using AI tools and technology for research and outreachDiscretion and responsibility when handling confidential information and communications
• Professional fluency in English
• You do not need full-cycle recruiting experience; the role prioritises research, candidate identification, and engagement skills.
