seQura is seeking a Talent Sourcer in Barcelona to turn clearly defined hiring needs into strong pipelines of qualified candidates. You will research beyond obvious targets, identify potential matches, and craft personalised outreach to engage talent.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid setup, you will connect candidates with hiring managers and manage multiple searches. You’ll join a role focused on talent research, sourcing and candidate engagement across functions, with English fluency required

Formación

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research or outbound outreach.
• Strong research skills and genuine curiosity; digging beyond obvious results.
• Good judgement to assess candidate relevance for opportunities.
• Excellent written communication and adaptable tone for different audiences.
• Experience writing personalised outreach that generates responses.
• Strong organisation to manage several searches and pipelines simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Turn clearly defined hiring needs into strong pipelines of relevant, interested candidates.
• Research beyond obvious target companies to build strong shortlists.
• Identify relevant profiles and assess potential matches against role requirements.
• Create personalised outreach that gets responses and initiate conversations.
• Own the outreach process across multiple searches and follow-ups.
• Facilitate warm handovers by connecting candidates with hiring managers.
• Keep pipelines organised with live information on contacts and progress.
• Learn from market patterns to continuously improve targeting.
• Support hiring managers across functions and geographies with AI-assisted research.
