Enfint ищет опытного специалиста по HR, отвечающего за полный цикл payroll, управление кадровыми записями и соответствие локальному законодательству Испании. В обязанности входит взаимодействие с внешним payroll-партнером и администрирование льгот, найма и увольнения сотрудников.

Требуется сильный опыт в области HR-операций, знание трудового права Испании и двуязычность на испанском и английском языках. Предусмотрены гибкие условия, компенсации и перспективы развития в международной компании.

• Не менее 5 лет опыта в HR Generalist или HR Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Управление полным циклом payroll и своевременная выплата.

TradingView is a financial analysis and charting platform used by more than 100M traders and investors across 180+ countries. It provides advanced charting, market data, collaboration, publishing, and trading tools.

Задачи

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner
• Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations
• Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements
• Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees
• Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors
• Support annual salary and bonus review processes
• Lead the administrative side of onboarding
• Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval
• Handle employee inquiries about payslips, taxes, and leave management
• Manage the administration of diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards
• Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics
• Maintain documentation and records regarding diversity, inclusion, and equality
• Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth
• Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate with the Jira team to adjust the platform for HR workflow automation

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures
• Proven experience managing benefits
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level
• Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading, familiarity with TradingView as a product
