Talantir is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Barcelona Sorting Center. You will oversee all inbound, sorting, consolidation and outbound processes, ensuring KPI targets are met while maintaining a safe production environment.

You will lead the operations team, optimize resources, and drive cross-department collaboration to streamline workflows and improve cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills to coordinate resources effectively.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with high resilience in high-pressure environments.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Experience managing multicultural teams is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of Barcelona Sorting Center including inbound, sorting, consolidation and outbound processes.
• Lead and manage the operations team to optimize resource allocation and balance efficiency and cost.
• Act as primary liaison for cross-departmental collaboration, driving project execution and streamlining workflows.
• Serve as first point of contact for exception and crisis management and safeguard operations.
