Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management, is seeking a passionate Service Instructor - Sommelier for their Marbella campus. This role combines hands-on teaching with operational responsibilities, helping students develop wine and service expertise while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wines, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier or in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver practical training sessions in wine service.
• Provide wine recommendations and food pairings to guests.
• Maintain wine lists and manage cellar stock.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with instructors to provide feedback on students.
• Support wine tastings and educational events.
