Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella, Spain, invites applications for a Chef Instructor on a temporary contract. The role combines teaching theory and hands-on culinary practice to a diverse student body.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary institute certificate, is bilingual in Spanish and English, has at least three years of culinary experience and one year teaching experience, and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience in culinary field and one-year teaching experience.
• Bilingual Spanish / English, fluent in both spoken and written.
• Certificate of a Culinary Institute or similar; teaching capability preferred.
• Certified Hospitality Educator is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Under the supervision of the Head Chef, he/she will be teaching theoretical and practical subjects.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of a Culinary Institute or similar.
• Certified Hospitality Educator (an advantage).
