Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management, is seeking a passionate Service Instructor - Sommelier for their Marbella campus. This role combines hands-on teaching with operational responsibilities, helping students develop wine and service expertise while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wines, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier or in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine service.

Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management education, is looking for a passionate Service Instructor - Sommelier to join our Marbella campus. This role combines hands‑on teaching with operational responsibilities, helping students develop their wine and service expertise while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training sessions and support student development in wine and beverage service.
• Provide professional wine recommendations, food pairings, and guidance to guests.
• Maintain wine lists, manage cellar stock, and support purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Ensure service quality, HACCP compliance, and the correct implementation of operational procedures.
• Collaborate with instructors and provide feedback on student progress.
• Support wine tastings and other educational and hospitality events

What We Offer

• Salary: €26,000 gross per year.
• Private health insurance after 6 months and pension plan after 1 year.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward, or in hospitality.
• Valid work permit.
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, oenology, and wine service.
• Sommelier certification or a Hospitality degree is an advantage.
• Food Handling Certificate.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
