Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong sales and marketing leadership background.
• Proven budget ownership, portfolio management and successful product launches.
• Strategic thinker with leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; fluent in English; willingness to travel ~40%.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, Power BI and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization strategy for the Solid Tumor franchise in Spain.
• Oversee Sales & Marketing teams from planning through full market execution.
• Develop and manage annual business plans, budgets and P&L targets.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align strategies and optimize performance.
• Engage with KOLs, healthcare providers and partners to strengthen market position.
