Nextpower Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead day-to-day logistics execution for utility-scale solar projects across Europe from Madrid.

You will plan, manage, and control door-to-door multimodal shipments (road, ocean, air) ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with budgets. The role requires 6–8+ years in logistics coordination, strong knowledge of EU transport regulations, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in logistics coordination/operations within industrial, EPC, or energy sectors, ideally involving solar PV projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EU transportation modes, regulations, and shipping processes (Incoterms 2020, customs, packaging).
  • Proven track record coordinating end-to-end multimodal transportation (road, ocean, air) across Europe.
  • Experience coordinating 3PLs, customs brokers, suppliers, and last-mile deliveries to project sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs, monitor KPIs, and drive vendor performance.
  • Proficient in TMS, ERP systems, Anaplan, and advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with OTM will be considered an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required; other European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to sites, ports, warehouses, customers, and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all logistics activities from suppliers to project sites.
  • Control door-to-door flows with a focus on last-mile and 3PL coordination.
  • Arrange and optimize road/ocean/air shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate last-mile deliveries to project sites ensuring compliance among stakeholders.
  • Lead day-to-day performance of freight forwarders and customs brokers; ensure SLA compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Incoterms 2020 and EU transport regulations; coordinate customs clearances.
  • Maintain clear updates with internal and external stakeholders; produce regular status reports.
  • Keep TMS and ERP data up to date; leverage Anaplan and Excel for visibility and reporting.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.
