Job summary

Huawei is seeking a skilled field service engineer to support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar and power equipment across Spain. You will train customers, configure Huawei devices, and ensure systems operate reliably while collaborating with China R&D and local teams.

The role requires 1+ year on-site experience, strong problem-solving, and willingness to travel. Mandarin is a plus, English and local language are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electrical/Information/Automation).
• 1+ year of on-site technical service or field engineering experience required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation training and on-site guidance for Huawei equipment.
• Instruct customers to power on and configure transformer stations/inverters.
• Explain and assist in building and using Huawei monitoring systems.
