A renewable energy company in Madrid is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site assistance for photovoltaic (PV) plant installations. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or structural background with over 1 year of field experience, preferably in PV steel. Fluent Spanish is required, with basic English preferred. This role involves liaising with clients and teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and requires the ability to travel internationally. Formación

• Mechanical/Structural background with 1+ years field experience, preferably in PV steel.
• Ability to travel internationally and work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings.

Descripción del empleo

• Provide on-site technical support for PV plant (tracker & fixed structure) installation, commissioning, and handover, troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients and installation teams to ensure correct solution implementation and supervise installation quality against design specs.
• Report field issues, coordinate internal resources for resolution, and support the Project Manager in tracking progress and identifying technical risks.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical/Structural background with 1+ years field experience. PV steel experience preferred.
• Able to undertake frequent international travel and work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Spanish required. Basic English preferred.
