GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Iberia to build and maintain strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. You will guide customers with product and technical support, while aligning with marketing and technical teams to optimize the customer journey.

The role emphasizes onboarding, policy development, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-growing European solar technology company.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success in energy/technical sectors.
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering or electrician certification.
• Experience with solar, PV, inverters, energy storage a plus.
• Strong customer service and retention practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with B2B customers, including installers and distribution partners (meetings, training, brand promotion, exhibitions).
• Coordinate with the technical team to support onboarding and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices.
• Provide high-level technical and product support.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve the customer experience with our software.
• Identify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the GW Sales Manager.
• Organize training programs for existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer complaints and proactively improve satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams.
• Work with the local GW Sales Manager, organizing meetings, visits, and calls with distributors, resellers, and EPC partners.
