GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager Iberia to build and maintain strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention across Spain and Portugal. You will guide customers with product and technical support and drive onboarding with the internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with B2B customers, including installers and distribution partners (meetings, training sessions, brand promotion, exhibitions)
• Coordinate with the technical team to support initial customer onboarding and kickoff meetings
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices
• Provide high-level technical and product support
• Analyze and optimize processes to continuously improve the customer experience with our software
• Identify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the GW Sales Manager
• Organize training programs for existing and prospective customers
• Handle customer complaints and proactively improve satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams
• Work closely with the local GW Sales Manager, organizing meetings, weekly visits, and calls with distributors, resellers, and EPC partners
