Job summary

YABA is seeking a Social & Creator Marketing Strategist to scale NaturaleBio's social media, content, and creator ecosystem across global and local-market profiles. You will own end-to-end strategy and execution, including content creation, creator partnerships, UGC, community management and reporting, using AI to scale content production while preserving brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in social media strategy and creator marketing.
• Experience with international brands or multi-market work.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Hands-on content creation and video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy, defining channel priorities, content pillars and formats.
• Manage global content calendar and selected local profiles.
• Create, film and edit in-house content.
• Build a scalable content engine with brand content, UGC and creators.
• Own creator marketing end-to-end—from outreach to reporting.
• Develop micro-influencer and brand ambassador programmes.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and asset management.
• Track KPIs and optimise performance insights.
• Leverage AI to scale ideation and production while maintaining quality.
• Monitor platform trends and test new formats and tools.
