YABA is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to steer market and channel strategy across NaturaleBio, Matcha DNA, and Incite Nutrition. You will define where to invest, how to test, and how to sequence growth across brands and markets.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build a marketing organization capable of delivering a bold growth plan, balancing strategy with hands-on leadership and a clear path to profitability across channels and territories.

Formación

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership with multi-brand experience.
• Experience building market-by-market go-to-market strategies.
• Proven ability to own P&L and allocate investments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and leading through change.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing, product and channel strategy end to end for all brands.
• Set pace and priorities, partnering with CEO, CFO and brand leaders.
• Build and lead a marketing organization capable of scale and impact.
• Translate strategic shifts into executable actions across markets.
