Maneuver Marketing is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce to lead and scale our creator marketing for two women’s health brands. You will own the end-to-end creator strategy, oversee a two-person associates team, and drive both seeding and two-brand affiliate programs to accelerate growth.

You will shape campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and build AI-enabled workflows to boost throughput while maintaining strong creator relationships and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Owned end-to-end program with commercial accountability.
• Experience with TikTok Shop or similar affiliate program.
• DTC/e-commerce experience in health/ wellness or regulated consumer category.
• Experience managing teams and external agencies.
• Experience structuring both flat-fee and performance-based partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building AI/automation workflows to increase throughput.

Responsabilidades

• Own Creator Strategy Across Two Brands and lead the Creator Marketing team.
• Build scalable creator acquisition and seeding programs; manage TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Oversee partnerships from outreach through contracting to content production and payment.
• Ensure compliance with FTC disclosures and platform policies across campaigns.
• Translate creator content into growth assets for paid media and marketplaces.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report to leadership.
