Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrialization, Logistics and Production teams, this person will establish performance routines, identify constraints, lead recovery actions and continuously improve site capacity, productivity, lead time and on-time delivery. • Drive lean manufacturing, standard work, visual management, problem solving and continuous improvement across the integration flow.
  • Ensure robust change control, configuration management, traceability and readiness for internal and customer inspections.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports that provide reliable visibility of progress, constraints, costs and forecast completion.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused performance culture throughout the site.
Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional performance routines, structured problem solving and recovery plans in a complex environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and root-cause analysis methods.
  • Analytical and digital skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or equivalent reporting tools are desirable.
  • Clear communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to elevate facts and drive timely decisions.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, resilient and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer delivery
