Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Tendering & Technical Engineer in Seville to lead technical tendering and project-preparations for the CS&P services. You will coordinate complex bids, align technical specifications, and drive modernization initiatives across multiple accounts and regions.

In this role you will liaise with sales, operations, and regional leaders to ensure robust offers, accurate quotes, and optimal testing scripts, while tracking KPIs to improve TTQ performance and

• Experience in Site Services Business and delivery of technical tenders.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Commercial acumen with ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Single Point of Contact for Technical procedures and prerequisites for installation and commissioning of complex tenders and maintenance contracts in the C&S&P zone.
• Analyze needs at Opex stage and propose technical solutions from the DC Services perspective.
• Provide modernization plans and identify improvement areas across multi-business levels.
• Ensure consistency on scope of work, price and quotation tools; consolidate multi-country offers and test scripts.
• Review RFQ and define bid strategy with Sales Manager; coordinate tender specs, optimize offers and tests.
• Monitor KPIs and take actions to improve Tender to Quote (TTQ).

Mission

Tendering & Technical Engineering activities for Services CS&P segment .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the Single Point of Contact, for Technical procedures and Pre-requisites for Installation & Commissioning of complex tendering and Maintenance contracts in the Zone related to the C&SP accounts
• Analyze the needs at Opex stage and propose technical solutions from DC Services perspective
• Installed Based assessment, providing a Modernization plan at multi-business level identifying clearly areas of improvement.
• Consistency on Scope of work, price and quotation tool. Build a platform to Consolidate Multi- country offers , quotation and test scripts
• Review RFQ , define & Influence together with the Sales Manager the bidding strategy and priorities for the qualified opportunities portfolio. Coordinate tender Technical specifications, optimize offer, describe test scripts
• Monitor performance KPIs and takes the adequate actions of improvement in order to contribute to Tender to quote – TTQ
