Gleeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead site-based delivery of construction projects, maintaining strong customer relations and coordinating the team through construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover phases.

You will work with a site-based team and collaborate with Directors to meet objectives, ensure compliance, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients in Spain.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects—mission-critical or industrial.
• Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Methodical approach to work and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
• Proficient ICT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team player with collaborative working style.
• Professional English; Spanish language skills are helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support Directors in delivering business objectives and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate delivery of construction projects and manage site-based teams.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead handover planning, reporting and documentation delivery.
• Monitor progress, schedule, and budget; flag delays or cost issues.
• Promote safety, quality, and uninterrupted service delivery on site.
