Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Over 2 years in site activation or related roles.
• Knowledge of clinical trial process across Phases II–IV and ICH-GCP.
• Ability to manage external vendors and budgets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality deliverables at the country level with timelines and country rules.
• Monitor project financials and hours per contract; escalate discrepancies.
• Comply with SOPs/WIs; keep training records updated and timesheets compliant.
• Support continuous improvement of Site Start-Up components at country level.
• Submit required documents to TMF per SOPs and sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate liaison between investigational sites and leads; oversee end-to-end site activation.
