Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical and finance teams, vendors, IRBs, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliant and timely trial activation in Spain, contributing to successful drug development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance/Administration/Life Science or related health care field.
• 5 years of experience in clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business.
• Expertise of core clinical systems, tools and metrics.
• Excellent English skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Ability to influence investigators, vendors and country managers to meet budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own country and site budgets and CTRA negotiations.
• Oversee clinical trial country submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate local regulatory and financial compliance.
• Develop local language Informed Consents and translations.
• Interact with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authority for assigned protocols.
• Manage country deliverables, timelines and results to meet country commitments.
