Syneos Health in Madrid/Barcelona is seeking a CRA II (Multisponsor) for a hybrid role. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance while supporting site teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s or RN, with at least 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• +1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assess safety and data integrity at investigator sites.
• Per CMP/SMP: assesses site processes, conducts source document review, verifies data entry accuracy and completeness, and drives query resolution to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation, and ensure IP labeling, import, and release per protocol.
• Maintains ISF vs TMF accuracy, ensures archiving of essential documents per guidelines.
• Manages project scope, budgets, and timelines; supports recruitment and coordination with site teams.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in global monitoring meetings and training.
• Provides guidance towards audit readiness and supports audits and follow-up actions.
