Syneos Health in Madrid (or Barcelona) seeks a CRA II (Multisponsor) to perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance. Work can be on-site or remote per project, with hybrid schedules in Spain.

Bachelor’s degree or RN plus 1 year independent on-site monitoring experience; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements; excellent communication and travel readiness up to 75% are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Verifies regulatory compliance and accurate data capture in the CRF.
• Manages ISF/TMF reconciliation and documentation.
• Applies IP handling and study supply considerations per protocol.
