Jobtailor seeks a SIM Operations Specialist to manage SIM card inventory, lifecycle readiness, and operational controls across vendors and teams. You will coordinate SIM profile development, support AXON Mobility platform integrations, and run proofs of concept for SIM technologies.

This role requires 3–5 years in SIM operations with strong technical communication and global travel ability. A passport without restrictions is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SIM operations, mobile technology, telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or technical operations.
• Experience with SIM card inventory management, SIM profile development, BAP testing, and SIM management tools.
• Ability to manage external vendor relationships and coordinate delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate operational needs into clear requirements.
• Working knowledge of mobile telecom or core network environments.
• Ability to travel globally and hold a valid passport.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SIM card inventory documentation, tracking, lifecycle readiness, and operational controls.
• Coordinate SIM profile creation and updates with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee BAP testing for new SKUs and approve/decline new BAPs within operating requirements.
• Support integration of SIM management tools into AXON Mobility platform and workflows.
• Run proofs of concept for SIM-related technologies and market solutions.
• Maintain vendor relationships with Valid, Thales, and other SIM partners.
• Manage SIM profile ordering, maintenance, OTA strategy, termination, and end-of-life planning.
• Keep informed on market solutions and recommend improvements.

• Maintain awareness of market solutions and recommend process, tooling, and vendor improvements
• Participate in remote and in-person meetings as business needs require

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in SIM operations, mobile technology, telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or technical operations
• Experience with SIM card inventory management, SIM profile development, BAP testing, and SIM management tools
• Ability to manage external vendor relationships and coordinate delivery across internal and external stakeholders
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and execution plans
• Working knowledge of mobile telecom or core network environments
• Ability to travel globally
• A valid passport without restrictions
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred
