AXON Networks seeks a SIM Card Operations Manager (OSS) to strengthen SIM lifecycle governance, inventory, profile development, and vendor coordination. You will drive BAP testing for new SKUs, oversee platform integration, and work with Valid/Thales and other partners to optimize operations.

The role sits within Mobility, offering hybrid work, and involves global travel as needed. Bachelor’s in CS or related field; 3–5 years in SIM operations or OSS/BSS preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of SIM operations, mobile tech, OSS/BSS, or technical ops.
• Experience with SIM card inventory management, profile development, BAP testing, and SIM management tools.
• Ability to manage external vendor relationships and coordinate delivery across stakeholders.
• Strong technical communication to translate needs into clear requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own SIM inventory operations: documentation, tracking, lifecycle readiness, controls.
• Lead SIM profile development with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage BAP testing for new SKUs and approve within operating requirements.
• Drive platform integration of SIM management tools with mobility workflows.
• Lead technology evaluation through proofs of concept for SIM-related tech.
• Manage vendor relationships with Valid, Thales, and other partners.
• Oversee SIM profile lifecycle: ordering, OTA strategy, end-of-life planning.
