Jobtailor in Barcelona seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to own demand management for the study portfolio and drive planning, reporting, and optimization across devices and applications.

You will coordinate reviews with stakeholders, manage Jira workflows, and support cost reporting and procurement activities, ensuring compliance and data security in a regulated environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• University degree in a technical field
• 7–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Management, or a similar operational role
• Proven ability to work independently and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders
• Advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet-based solutions
• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Process-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
• Experience supporting mobile application deployment and lifecycles
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in global organizations
• Experience providing second- or third-level technical support
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance
• Interest in digital health technologies and wearable devices
• Fluent English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Own, drive, and maintain the demand management process for the study portfolio
• Coordinate demand review meetings and prepare supporting presentations and reporting
• Provide recommendations for inventory optimization and stock management activities
• Maintain monthly and weekly planning activities, including Jira tickets and production orders
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle management of applications and digital devices
• Coordinate device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
• Support monthly cost reporting for hardware, workforce, logistics, and shipment/return costs
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and support study-level cost allocation
• Own and maintain Jira workflows and supporting tools
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, formulas, and macros to improve efficiency
• Create, maintain, and improve operational documentation and knowledge base content
• Support procurement related to digital device operations and services
• Own the end-to-end device return process

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle management of applications and digital devices
• Coordinate operational activities related to device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
• Support monthly cost reporting activities related to hardware, workforce, logistics, and shipment/return costs
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and support study-level cost allocation and chargeback processes
• Own and maintain operational workflows within Jira and supporting tools
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, formulas, and macros to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Create, maintain, and improve operational documentation and knowledge base content
• Support procurement and purchasing activities related to digital device operations and associated services
• Own the end-to-end device return process
