Manning Global AG is seeking a highly qualified IMS Core Network Consultant to support an Ericsson-based IMS project in Madrid. The role focuses on Multivendor Interconnection (MVI) across three Ericsson networks, with responsibilities spanning integration, routing, and live-network operations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Ericsson Core Network experience and can work on-site in Madrid, with fluent English and Spanish required. The engagement runs for five months starting mid-October 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Integration of Ericsson MNPDB nodes with ZTE MGCF across four sites (1 testbed + 3 commercial).
• Configure Ericsson CSCF routing to direct an IMS domain to an external network in MT scenarios.
• Develop operational plans and MOPs (Method of Procedure).
• Execute live-network operations: commissioning, BBS, rollback/reversion, troubleshooting.
• Support MAP interconnection with ZTE nodes and ensure successful interworking.

Description of Work:

We are urgently seeking a highly qualified candidate with strong, demonstrable experience on Ericsson equipment to join our IMS Core Network Project. The role focuses on supporting Multivendor Interconnection (MVI) activities across three Ericsson-based mobile networks: Orange, KRT, and MásMóvil.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

Integration: Interconnection of Ericsson MNPDB nodes (across all 3 networks) with ZTE MGCF nodes (4 sites: 1 testbed + 3 commercial) via the MAP protocol.

Routing: Configuration of Ericsson CSCF routing to direct a local IMS domain to an external network in Mobile Terminated (MT) scenarios (2 networks).

Preparation of operational plans, including technical design and development of MOPs (Method of Procedure).

Execution of live-network operations, including commissioning, BBS, rollback/reversion and troubleshooting, on Ericsson MNPDB and CSCF equipment to complete the MAP interconnection with ZTE nodes and the CSCF routing configuration.

Requeriments / Technical Environment

Strong and demonstrable hands-on experience with Ericsson Core Network / IMS equipment.

Experience working with Ericsson MNPDB and IMS CSCF nodes.

Practical experience in IMS/Core Network integration and configuration.

Experience performing changes and operations in a live-network environment.

Experience preparing and executing MOPs / Method of Procedure.

Experience with network commissioning, BBS, rollback and troubleshooting.

Ability to work during scheduled maintenance windows.

Equipment in scope:

MNPDB nodes across all 3 networks

Required fluent English and Spanish language.
