Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to collaborate with a top pharma client. The role will manage campaigns, automate journeys, ensure quality, and drive platform improvements across Marketing Cloud and related tools.

You will leverage SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API calls, while maintaining Atlassian spaces (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket). Strong PM skills and knowledge of CDP are essential to translate business needs into scalable technical

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
• Familiarity with SDLC and CDP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize campaign workflows to meet briefs.
• Ensure on-time delivery and QA of campaigns.
• Support platform automation and drive efficiency ideas.
• Perform UAT and document technical processes.
• Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management.
