Omega CRM Consulting seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical client. You will lead campaign automation, manage technical aspects of the platform, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across marketing tech and data environments.

The role requires 2–3 years of SMC or Adobe Campaign experience, CDP knowledge, and strong SQL/API skills. Expect a dynamic, international setting with Atlassian tools and a focus on delivery excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration.
• 2–3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience.
• Knowledge of CDP is a plus.
• Technical marketing automation certification preferred (Architect or Developer).
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
• Proficiency in ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.
• Experience in SDLC; pharma knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and automate campaign journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools.
• Ensure end-to-end quality and on-time deliveries based on campaign briefs.
• Own and optimize campaign processes and automation; drive efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical spec input and perform UAT for enhancements.
• Debug workflow/delivery issues and track platform bugs with IT support.
• Document enhancements, templates and technical processes.
