Omega CRM Consulting seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical client. You will enable the HPS DU Campaign Automation Services to build and automate campaign journeys, managing the technical aspects of the platforms.

The platform will primarily be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may include other tools across the client’s digital engagement environment, including Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, databases, and proprietary tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration.
• 2–3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into software enhancements.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL, and web/API calls.
• Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure campaign workflows and deliveries meet business briefs and expectations.
• Deliver high end-to-end quality campaigns with proper measurement and QA.
• Own and optimize campaign processes, including platform automation and innovation.
• Provide input for technical specs and perform UAT for enhancements.
• Debug workflow and delivery issues, report platform bugs with IT support.
• Document enhancements, templates, and technical processes.
• Create and maintain technical workflows, landing pages, and HTML content.
• Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel.
