Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company. You will enable the HPS DU Campaign Automation Services to efficiently build and automate journey workflows, managing technical aspects of the platforms.

The role involves managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary platform, with scope across Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, CDP integrations, and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Knowledge of CDPs and data integration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and marketing automation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure campaign workflows and deliveries are built to business briefs and markets.
• Ensure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns with measurement and QA.
• Own and optimize campaign processes, including platform automation and innovation.
