Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of Capgemini, seeks a Business Consultant in Barcelona. You will manage a diverse portfolio of IT-related projects, coordinating between business and IT sponsors, and presenting updates to senior leadership.

You will lead project initiation and budgeting, assess value delivery, mentor junior staff, and ensure objectives are met through collaboration across agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in the management of complex IT-related projects.
• Experience in projects involving business impact assessment and value creation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public speaking.
• An agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of financial processes and concepts.
• Experience managing approval, validation, and onboarding processes for new technology demands.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

Your Impact
