Job summary

Mbnsolutions is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to support an existing platform and help decide on future direction, including potential move to Salesforce. The role combines administration, development, integrations and data extraction tasks.

The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow experience, can review an existing platform and propose practical improvements. Some API and data-mapping work is desirable, with a structured approach to testing and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong ServiceNow administration and development experience.
Ability to review an existing platform and recommend practical improvements.
Integration experience is highly desirable, particularly APIs, data mapping and workflow automation.
A structured approach to troubleshooting, testing and documentation.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assess the existing ServiceNow environment and contribute to the platform review.
Administer, maintain and improve configurations, workflows and platform functionality.
Support data extraction, mapping, transformation and transfer into Salesforce.
Support Service Bridge and customer platform integrations to automate ticket exchange.
Test, troubleshoot and document changes and integrations.
Work with internal stakeholders and participate in occasional client conversations.
