Job summary

Logical Technical Services Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support configuration, security, governance, and ongoing administration of the ServiceNow platform for a VA program. You’ll work with platform architects, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure a secure, compliant, and well-governed instance across dev to prod environments.

You will lead upgrades, health checks, promotions, and integration efforts while providing Tier 2/3 support and contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of system/platform administration in enterprise or federal environments.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform administration experience.
• Experience configuring users, groups, roles, ACLs, authentication, properties, plugins, notifications, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Support initial configuration and operation of ServiceNow across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Manage availability, performance, security, and supportability of ServiceNow instances.
• Coordinate upgrades, health checks, patching, and release activities.
• Establish governance, configuration standards, and administrative procedures for ServiceNow.
