JD Logistics is seeking a meticulous Quality Control professional to ensure top product and service quality across our operations. This role supports customer satisfaction and upholds JD.com’s reputation for excellence.

You will develop and maintain QC processes, conduct audits, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements, while staying compliant with industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in quality control/assurance, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

JD.com is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control professional to ensure the highest standards of product and service quality across our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding JD.com’s reputation for excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for various product categories and operational workflows.
• * Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, services, and operational processes to identify deviations from established quality standards.
• * Analyze quality data and identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, product development) to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• * Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with JD.com’s quality requirements.
• * Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to management.
• * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
• * Participate in the training of staff on quality standards and procedures.
• * Manage and resolve customer quality complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• * 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• * Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• * Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• * Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
• * Proactive and results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.
