JINGDONG Logistics leads the global logistics landscape with a focus on automation, data-driven decisions, and high-volume distribution. The Warehouse Operations Manager will ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while directing a large team and maintaining safety standards across a fast-paced facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume distribution environment.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize all warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Implement and maintain strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and shipping times, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Manage warehouse budget, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and technology.
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.

Job Summary**
