Job summary

What are you going to do?

As a Service & Maintenance Technician , you ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, facilities and technical installations, contributing to a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment for all colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and installations.
• Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Testing and maintaining small electrical equipment according to local regulations.
• Managing and monitoring facility systems, including heating and cooling systems, access control, fire alarms and security systems.
• Supporting and coordinating external maintenance contractors.
• Keeping maintenance activities and interventions properly documented.
• Contributing to a healthy and safe working environment.
