Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Service Intern in Barcelona for a 6-month internship with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on order entry, warranty processing, CRM support, and cross-team collaboration to resolve service issues.

You gain on-the-job experience in a global tools company, with potential extension based on performance. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required; English is a plus.

Formación

• Secondary school degree required.

• Manage order entry activities for parts orders and pricing with high accuracy.
• Review, validate, and process warranty claims per guidelines.
• Support customer requests for technical assistance via CRM (email/phone).
• Oversee order processing workflow for timely fulfillment.
• Generate operational and service reports to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain records in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and processes.

Position Title: Service Intern

Location: Barcelona El Prat, Spain

Hybrid: First month fully on-site (5 days per week); thereafter, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Employment: Internship agreement - 6-month duration, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

The Job:

• Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions.
• Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements.
• Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working.

The Person:

• Good PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
• Basic English skills are considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is an added value.
• Eligibility to complete the role under a scholarship agreement with the University.
