Job summary

Nordex Group in Spain (Navarra, Noáin) offers an internship in Aftersales Services. You will assist in configuring the portfolio, monitoring requests, and supporting deliveries and invoicing while maintaining data integrity in product databases.

You will work with cross-functional teams in an international environment, leveraging Excel and MS Office to analyse commercial and operational data. English proficiency at C1 level is required, and prior internship experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced level of English (C1) required.
• Previous internship or work experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support management and setup of the Aftersales Services portfolio including references, costs, margins, and terms.
• Monitor customer requests and KPIs to support business development and efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries, invoicing, and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain product databases with costs, lead times, risks, and supplier data.
• Support quotation activities, workload planning, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and drive improvements.

Job description

My Tasks

• Supporting the management and setup of the Aftersales Services portfolio, ensuring the correct configuration of references, product costs, proposed margins, and contractual terms and conditions
• Monitoring customer requests, quotations submitted, purchase orders received, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators to support business development and operational efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of deliveries, invoicing activities, and customer follow-up processes, including the analysis of customer satisfaction surveys and identification of improvement actions
• Maintaining and updating product databases with accurate information on costs, delivery lead times, risks, and supplier data, in alignment with global framework agreements and company standards
• Managing and updating business databases on a daily basis to support quotation activities, workload planning, order registration, and operational reporting
• Collaborating with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global functions to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales department

My Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced level of English is required (C1)
• Previous internship or work experience is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret commercial and operational data
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is considered a plus
