Job summary

Nordex Group in Pamplona is seeking a Regional Planner Trainee (m/f/d) to support planning activities across projects in our growing team. The role emphasizes data accuracy, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with international teams to manage schedules.

You will gain hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, and milestone tracking while contributing to improving planning processes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Engineering, Business Admin, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of B2 English language skills.
• Analytical and organized with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Participate in the weekly planning update cycle to ensure data quality.
• Monitor milestones and key deliverables across the project portfolio.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate planning information from project teams.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting tools, KPI tracking, and information management.

My Tasks

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Regional Planner Trainee (m/f/d). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Supporting the Planning team in maintaining and updating project schedules in Primavera P6
• Collaborating in the weekly planning update cycle to help ensure the consistency and quality of project data
• Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up of contractual milestones and key project deliverables across the project portfolio
• Supporting the collection, validation, and consolidation of planning information from different project teams
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, reporting tools (Power BI), KPI tracking, and planning information management

My Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies related to Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of B2 English language skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment
