Nordex Group is seeking an Engineering and Master Data Trainee (m/f/d) in SPM - Parts Excellence. The role focuses on managing turbine spare parts topics, data cleansing, and supporting data collection initiatives within an international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, AI) and demonstrates strong analytical skills, English proficiency (C1), and a proactive learning attitude.

• Bachelor level degree in STEM fields with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent English language skills (C1) and professional communication.

MY TASKS:

• Managing and resolving turbine spare parts related topics and supporting daily operational activities
• Performing data cleansing, validation, and correction activities to ensure the accuracy and quality of internal master data
• Supporting the upcoming phases of the Zipcube data collection project and contributing to data management initiatives
• Driving the continuous improvement of internal data, processes, and workflows through analysis and optimization activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and providing support on additional tasks within the department

MY PROFILE:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Advanced level of English is required (C1)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn in an international environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks effectively
