Nordex Group is seeking a P&C Global Standards / People Development Intern (m/f/d) to support global training programs within the Global Learning & Development Department. The role is based in Pamplona, Spain, and offers exposure to international HR processes.

You will assist with LMS administration, content development, participant feedback, and 360° feedback activities while collaborating with stakeholders across the globe. Strong English and Spanish skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish at C1 level or higher.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and logistics of global training programs and workshops.
• Assist in LMS administration including content uploads, user management, and tracking.
• Prepare communication materials and internal campaigns for learning initiatives.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve programs.
• Support Global Performance Appraisal processes, including system management and user support.
• Develop learning content such as presentations, guides, and e-learning material.
• Support 360° feedback administration and other talent development tools.
• Research learning trends and best practices to support innovation.

As part of our growth, we are hiring a P&C Global Standards / People Development Intern (m/f/d) in the Global Learning & Development Department.

My Tasks

• Support the coordination and logistics of global training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Assist in the administration of learning platforms (LMS), including content uploads, user management, and participation tracking
• Support the preparation of communication materials and internal campaigns related to learning and development initiatives
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs
• Support the Global Performance Appraisal process, including system management, tool preparation, employee support, and issue resolution
• Assist in the development of learning content and resources, such as presentations, guides, and e-learning materials
• Support the administration of the 360° feedback process and other talent development tools
• Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support innovation within the Learning & Development area

My Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Background or interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills (C1 level)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, curious, dynamic, and eager-to-learn profile
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with different stakeholders
